Emily Brodner | Associate Attorney

Emily Brodner is an Associate Attorney specializing in labor and employment law. Emily’s diverse legal background spans employment law, business law, emerging technologies, and privacy rights, equipping her to navigate a broad range of legal frameworks. Prior to becoming an Associate, Emily worked as a Summer Associate at the Burgess Law Group in 2022 and 2023.

Emily earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, in 2024, graduating magna cum laude with certificates in Transactional Business Law and Business Litigation. She was recognized with seven CALI Excellence for the Future Awards® for achieving the highest grade in courses such as Labor Law, Information Privacy, and Legal Research and Writing.

While in law school, Emily served as Note Editor and Online Manager for the Arizona Law Review and gained hands-on experience advocating for K-12 students in special education and disciplinary cases through the Education Advocacy Clinic.

Before law school, Emily earned a Master of Science in Digital Social Media from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and Journalism (summa cum laude) from California State University, Fresno. During her undergraduate degree, Emily was captain of the softball team and a four-time NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete. 

Originally from Illinois, Emily enjoys traveling, sports, and spending quality time with her golden retriever, Nala.
